Cadence holds appointment details for real people. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and the controls you have.

What we collect

Account details for the practitioner (name, email, workspace name), the appointment and client records you create inside Cadence, and the delivery status of the reminders we send on your behalf.

We also record basic usage events — page views and feature actions — so we can see which parts of the workspace need work. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

Cadence runs on a small, deliberately chosen set of processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (transactional email) and Twilio (SMS). Each one receives only the fields needed for its job.

How long we keep it

Appointment and client records stay for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your account we delete workspace data within 30 days, apart from invoices we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

You can export client records to CSV at any time from the workspace, correct them in place, or ask us to erase them. Practitioners are the controller of their client data; Cadence acts as the processor.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in and one local storage entry to remember your light or dark theme preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
